CVForge is an AI-powered CV/resume builder and enhancement platform that helps users create, analyze, and optimize their professional CVs. The Service includes:

- AI-powered CV analysis and suggestions
- CV templates and formatting options
- Export functionality (PDF, DOCX, etc.)
- Storage and management of CVs
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans (Free, Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Lifetime). Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
4.3 Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at support@cvforge.com to request a refund.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the CVs and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your content to provide the Service
- Use your content to improve our AI models and services (anonymized)
- Backup and restore your content
5.2 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by CVForge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any third-party rights
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVForge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
